In addition to the CMA we evaluate the present condition of your home to make sure that it is prepared for entering the market. Unlike the CMA, with this evaluation you are able to chart your course and influence your pricing. Sometimes the preparation will be simple projects where as others may be more involved, but taking the time to look upon your home as if you were the buyer will greatly assist you in defining what areas need your attention to become show ready.
